Whether in Norwegian salmon farms, Californian biotech startups, or Australian biobanks – more and more scientists worldwide rely on 2D-coded sample containers from LVL technologies for automated cryo-long-term storage of their biosamples.

As an established company in the field of laboratory automation, LVL technologies now generates the majority of its revenue abroad. We also rely on international distributors who market our products on all continents and in over 50 countries around the world.

To further develop our marketing communication with end customers, distributors, and other partners, we are looking for a

Marketing Communication and Sales Assistance (m/f/d)
in full-time.

• Development, coordination, and implementation of marketing activities in collaboration with our external service providers
• Advertising planning and creation of sales-supporting materials such as brochures and flyers in digital and printed form
• Organization and execution of trade fairs and congresses
• Planning and execution of newsletters
• Assisting in the maintenance of our website – lvl-technologies.com
• Analysis and success control of marketing communication measures
• Development and implementation of marketing concepts
• Conceptual further development of our marketing communication
• Supporting the sales team with offer creation and participation in tenders
• QM ISO9001 – assisting with audits by external auditors and year-round updating of documents

Education and/or degree in economics, marketing communication, communication sciences, or similar

• Economic understanding
• Enjoyment of scientific writing
• Proficient in MS Office, content management systems, and email marketing programs
• Experience in creating videos/photos/animations/renderings is desirable
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Organizational talent, creativity, and strategic thinking
