MDF-DU702VX-PE - ULTRA-LOW TEMPERATURE REFRIGERATOR FOR LARGE SAMPLE VOLUMES
The TwinGuard MDF-DU702VX-PE -86°C Ultra Low Temperature Refrigerator meets industry demands for safe, long-term storage of the highest-value materials. Two independent cooling systems, combined with optional liquid nitrogen or liquid CO2 backup systems, provide a unique protection cycle on the market.
With two independent cooling systems, TwinGuard refrigerators ensure a reliable and uniform ultra-low temperature environment of -86ºC. Should one cooling system unexpectedly fail, the other circuit keeps irreplaceable samples safe at -70ºC until service can be arranged.
Ultimate Sample Protection
The Dual Cooling System offers maximum protection by utilizing two independent cooling systems. If one system unexpectedly fails, the other system can maintain the freezer at -70°C. Keep valuable and irreplaceable samples secure with the utmost assurance that they won’t be lost in the event of a compressor failure.
Efficient Sample Storage
The combination of VIP PLUS vacuum insulation and an improved cabinet design with an insulated outer door ensures optimal temperature distribution, while the reduced wall thickness maximizes storage capacity.
Flexible Shelf Configuration
Multiple shelf configurations allow for a variety of storage options. Organize your samples by transferring your current storage racks.
Smart Interface
The EZlatch makes accessing stored samples even easier. A color LCD touchscreen panel allows full user control, even with gloves on, while the USB port facilitates the transfer of logged data to a PC.

The LVL Tube Laser Marker TLM 864:
Although the automation-friendly Data-Matrix code on the bottom of storage tubes has been standard for many years—and has greatly simplified sample handling—many users want to mark the tubes with their specific information. At the same time, they want to move away from time-consuming and unreliable labeling methods.
For this need, LVL has developed a fully automatic tube laser marker. The TLM 864 can automatically laser-mark SAFE® tubes in SBS 96, SBS 48, and SBS 24 formats from two sides and link the information in a database with the 2D code previously lasered during production. Up to 500 tubes per hour can be coded from nine SBS/ANSI positions.
